Child and Family assessments
Our team offers a range of parenting assessments and interventions including capacity to change; willingness to commit to long term change and statutory parenting assessments to inform care proceedings. We adopt a strength based and resilience model aiming to work with parents to be aware of their overall parenting capacity and ways in which they can work to improve regardless of outcome. We are aiming to support parents to identify gaps in their skills in order to reach a standard of ‘good enough’ parenting and therefore reducing the cycle of poor parenting leading to looked after proceedings.
